  • What is a Pocket Diaper?

A Pocket Diaper is a cloth diaper that can be stuffed with absorbant inserts (microfiber, hemp or even a pre-fold diaper).

What's an AIO or all in one diaper?

An all in one diaper is a cloth diaper that has everything built in.  You do not need to add an insert or use a cover.  Just put it on your baby and go!

How many diapers do I need?

It really depends on how often you want to launder your diapers.  If you have a newborn and are going to wash every 2 days you will need about 20.  For an older baby you would need about 12-14.

    What is your return policy?

Washed or Used products are non-returnable.  Once a product is washed or used it is yours forever.  Returns are accepted within 30 days.  There are no refunds on shipping and handling.  There is a $3.00 per item re-stocking fee per item for all returns.

Custom made items are non-returnable unless I have made an error in design selection or color from your order or there is a sewing defect.

Replacements are given for manufacturing defects.  Some manufacturers require that you contact them directly to request a repair or replacement product.  Please email me first and I will assist you with any product problems.

If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase it will be repaired, replaced or refunded at my discretion.

Will Chunky Monkey Diapers be made after the CPSI Act goes into effect in February?

Right now it appears that YES, I'll be able to continue to sew diapers and unique children's items.  The PUL used in the diapers that I make has been laminated by Fabrite.  They have tested & certified that their fabrics do meet the requirements for the CPSC - no lead.

There are exceptions to the testing rule for crafters making only one unique copy of each item, said Julie Vallese, spokeswoman for the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Small toymakers have inundated the commission with questions and complaints about the new standards, she said. Many are confused about whether the new rules apply to their operations.

"It's sticky and it's tricky, but if we can't see that the products are truly one-of-a-kind, they have to be tested," she said. "This is not a time where a manufacturer should be rolling the dice on compliance with the law."
